I wouldn't dream of having you deported aog, but mind you don't go kipping down on the streets and begging in an East European accent.
Then we'll GET ya!
So how do they ask him to prove it ? Family Guy style maybe ?
look at this piece of filths record..how is he allowed to stay here in the first place ?

absolute scum and theres plenty more here like him

words fail me
This says it all:
//Two immigration judges have ruled that his human right to a family life is more important than the Government’s wish to protect the public from him. //

The country has gone barking
Baz you used the 'S' word. You will be told off !
Yer another instance of the crazy laws of this country, how many other undesirables will cotton on to this loophole!
I thought he had two sons
But then so does Elton John and Ricky Martin - not together of course
Careful what you say bazwillrun or you will have a canary settling on your shoulder lecturing you on his ooooman rights. You know what they are? They are rights that send this country to hell in a hand cart and are supported by Tony and Cheryl and all their other lefty cronies who have an agenda to bring this country to it's knees and make a mint of money for themselves in doing so.

Jamaica doesn't put gays to death, as he himself says he will face discrimination, well I have news for him, with his track record, he should face discrimination, his victims had to suffer much worse than that.
According to SP (and his many threads) there is loads of discrimination here.

So what is the difference?

Are Jamacans really that horrible, the ones I have met are nice people, better than some here.

I suspect it is more to do with right-on liberalism that has infiltrated our Judiciary.
It will be interesting if there are any actual corroborations of him being gay? Even so the ruling that effectively states the risk to the public plays second fiddle to the sweeping human rights is depressing. You just wonder that the next time we will hear about him will be that he has broken the law as opposed to confirmation that he is in fact gay....
He should be charged with wasting the authorities times and made to pay the money back.
Doesn't it speak well for our compassionate society that even a thug like this is spared the obloquy that attends being thought of as gay in Jamaica?
//Two immigration judges have ruled that his human right to a family life is more important than the Government’s wish to protect the public from him. //

how far does this go - is there a line beyond which public protection takes precedence? murder maybe? or anything involving racism?

Lets hope you are not his next victim then.

Let's just hope he won't take part in any gay bashing, that will sink his ship completely.
@ AOG

Or at least place him in very deep water!

I blame the police in the van taking him to Gatwick, they should have 'turned a deaf ear' to his gay confession and put him on the plane.

Another thought why don't the police charge him for riding his bike on the pavement, they have all the evidence they need in the photograph?
