Does anybody else think that its amazing coincidence that this chaps name is Merlin. What's the chances that his real name is Brian, Barry, or Wayne ?

Let's revive a pseudo-religion almost wiped out 2,000 years ago by the Romans (who would have finished the job if they could have been bothered to cross the Menai Strait) and claim some deep spiritual link with a stone circle built thousands of years before that. You couldn't make it up! Oh, wait - they did!

I have just watched the majority of the Stonehenge program on the BBC...isn't it wonderful that we have so many weirdos in one country !
And at Eistedfords ! (or however you spell it).

The difference between the wassocks at Stonehenge, and the participants at the Eisteddfod is an ocean wide.
Hows that then. The "wassocks" at Stonehenge dress in white robes (like the Eistedford do). They play strange music (like the Eistedford). They are all very strange but the the Stonehenge people speak English which the Eistedford lot seem unable to do and still speak some early language only a few per cent of anyone understands.
