I refer to the section in the Times called Modern Times by Phillip Howard where readers and Mr Howard reply to questions on etiquette etc posted by readers. It is one of my favourite sections as i diagree with all the suggestions. Strangely i felt that the section on saturday was entirely repeated. I could recall a lot of the answers from a few years ago. Was Mr. Howard recycling his old bits and being a bit lazy.

I missed Saturdays one, but I also noticed the same thing happening on the old "Questions & Answers" section too (when they used to print it, which sadly, is not that often now)

people do go on holiday sometimes. When that happens the paper may drop the column, or ask him to prepare some in advance (which is like saying you can have a holiday as long as you don't miss any work), or just reprint some old ones.
