I blame the parents......
Logan's Run springs to mind
Take away their bus passes.....that'll teach 'em!
Back in my day the old people were so well behaved, you could go round and have a cup of tea and the only danger was of them falling asleep mid-sentence. I've watched the last ten years through extremely narrow glasses and all I can see nowadays are unruly Hell's Grannies, strutting about like they own the place.
Can't blame them. They were brought up in an age when fighting in public was commonplace, indeed their mothers probably indulged in it.
I hate the way they hang around in gangs at bus stops and belt their scooters up and down the street.

Ordinary folk cross to the other side of the road to avoid any trouble.
Growing old disgracefully.

I plan to
Me too!

So do I.
It's the way that they wave their sticks around when they are annoyed. Or say that they can't go anywhere without a stick and then only realise that they have left their stick in the last shop they were in - a mile down the road (my dad).
Thanks dr b! I was thinking of that of course...
Lol! Funny! I'm going to pretend to be deaf and see what people are saying about me:-)
Roll on September, I can go berserk!! Whooo!!
'senile delinquent' love it ☺☺☺
I have to close the curtains and turn off all of the lights when it`s Trick or Treat. They make my life a living hell! No sooner have they got over those little shenanigans and they start again for Guy Fawkes night. They insist in letting off bangers outside my back gate and it`s not just on the night, it goes on for weeks.
Never get any OAP's "Trick or Treating" where I live, same goes for Guy Fawkes night.
"unruly Hell's Grannies, strutting about like they own the place."

We do. Be warned :-)
Thought that 60 was the new 40. Didn't realise it was the new 14. Mind you, many people of 60 seem quite young to me, until they try walking up a steep hill.
Tut tut - and I even own a bus pass and a hoodie! ;)
