/// Mr Vaz said: "I am alarmed that the EDL is planning this type of march in Woolwich. It is clear that the location, motivation and attendees at this march will incite hatred. ///

Excuse me, but why blame the EDL for inciting hatred, wasn't it the savage beheading of a soldier on the streets of Woolwich, which 'incited the hatred'?

Could they have an ulterior motive? Are they both Zionists?
The way the EDL has exploited the death of Lee Rigby has been highly distateful.

The EDL has a right to campaign and have a voice. It is a shame they want to do this at the scene of an horrible murder, but that is their choice.

I am undecided on the yanks. There will be enough indigenous nutters there as it is, why should we have to police ones flown in for the party. On balance I would let them in, but have a van ready for when they break our laws.
I'd be inclined to suggest that these two are at the less dangerous end of the scale by which the rubbish that's allowed to cross the UK border is measured.
It seems unlikely that they will be setting up prostitution rings, trafficking women and children for various illegal and immoral purposes, drug dealing, organising begging gangs or any one of dozens of other shenanigans that those allowed in get up to, mostly with impunity.

As I have pointed out before don't all protest groups use an example of the reason for their protest, such as the latest pedestrian casualty at a spot where some have been protesting for a crossing?

We have enough trouble makers already, without importing new ones. Do you think, aog, that the arguments are not well enough, not eloquently enough, and not factually enough, presented by the EDL, that two imports will make the case better?
Having just wTched Geller on YouTube it would be a great pity if she was banned. Her addressing EDL members would be very funny.
strange in a way they can consider banning people for speaking out, yet allow Anjem Choudary free rein, ludicrous. what happened to so called free speech.
as we have seen from your last thread, they let any old scum in, or at least didn't jail the bstard, then once he had served his sentence, thrown him out, nothing to do with Britain, not wanted, but leave to stay.
