Heard this on the news this morning, I'm wondering how many households will ask for more? :-)

Besides which, what if you live next door to someone who smokes 'continental' ciggies?
And after you've sniffed it the card will be perfect for roaches.
Do we have to go and stick our noses up against the neighbours' letter flaps, or have the plants got a wide-ranging smell?
I would imagine most people know what it smells like anyway.
lol Snags.

Won't the next thing be an illegal trade in scratch-n-sniff cannabis cards?! Will the police notice if someone requests an additional 20,000?

hahaha Snags you could use it for roaches what a good idea!
i saw on the card it says 'smells like sickly sweet' or something, i wouldnt say it smells sickly!
They'll be hundreds of people reporting illegal cannabis farms when in reality it is everyone in the neighbourhood 'scratching and sniffing'...
snags, I'm so blooming silly, took me 2 minutes to twig!
Petrol stations will do well out if it, as loads of people start getting the midnight munchies.
Snags, I'm so cynical, I knew before I read your post the general content ;)
Why bother? ..because there is a sh!tload of money being laundered and the government isn't seeing any of it. Cannabis is no more dangerous than alcohol, in fact it's much safer on many levels. Legalise it.
I think the smell of fresh, ripe skunk is divine (the weed, not the animal!)
They can't legalise it. Alcohol sales will plummet!
Perhaps the Police could expand the concept by introducing similar cards for other 'crimes against your neighborhood': for example, there's a bloke two doors down who stinks of something really dodgy (I think it might be Paco Rabanne but without a Scratch & Sniff card I cannot confirm).
I guess I better turn the heater off in the polytunnel then..........
what's the betting they end up on ebay
LOL :-)
i'm outraged that the newspaper is allowed to describe the smell as a 'stench'
