There wasn't a photograph of him when it was first posted on The Mail's website.... obviously.

Daisy, he's been detained under The Mental Health Act, since 1989...
When I clicked on to the article, Bluestone, there was no photo of him at all.
The first time, that is. Obviously they added it later.
Maybe the Mail published the story first but had to wait to check out the photo before adding it; that's how stuff happens on the internet. The last thing you want is to publish a picture of the wrong psycho.
