Trial by media, this is so wrong.

These assertions need to be made to the Police who should investigate. If anything untoward has happened then it should follow due process, whatever that is for a dead person.

I also have a real problem with accusing a dead person, I just dont buy this "didnt think I would be believed". For years red tops have cried out for stories like this.

Dont know whether any of this is true or not, but that is the point I dont have the evidence in front of me to make that judgement. "Interviews" can be manipulated by the media frenzy that is going on at the moment.

Just not happy at all the way the law is going in this country at the moment.
I'm not really sure how they plan to investigate unsupervised visits.

They should look into the reasons why a creepy weirdo was given free reign of a hospital, but we'll never know what Savile got up to in the morgue when no-one else was around.

Just what I was thinking. There can hardly be any witnesses to call upon.

If any surviving relatives would agree to an exhumation there might be physical evidence. Not sure how long ejaculate can be detected for, nor how long it can be DNA profiled - but if the above is viable it might actually be the best shot at getting actual proof.
