Klanfield in the news again

// Police stressed it was an isolated incident //

They are having a few of these isolated incidents at Klanfield

// It is the third incident of this kind in a few months at Anfield //

Do you think if they closed the ground to the paying public it would
put a stop to these kind of isolated racist incidents.

I've lost any respect I had for that club after yesterday's booing towards Evra, not just by a few fans but the majority.

And to cap it off, Kenny Dalgliesh when asked what he felt about the booing..."Are you winding me up?...I was booed when I played"

Don't get me wrong, it's not the booing that bothers me it's the fact they were booing a player who was...

...wild Horses could not drag me to a Rugger Bugger ground! ;-)
Pleased to hear it then - I guess stick to the horses and carriage then, given your avatar - and less of the inane comments, please.
Nice of Luis Suarez to invite his father along to the game
Did he? I presume that was his wife and child there, as well, on his left?
.I have no clue?..as to the comments ..your attack?

anyway,I have no time for your"tittle-tattle" - I"m headed back to Australia!;-)
Good luck then - seriously

Governor General perhaps.....?
I think we're in danger of going severely off topic here, guys...

/// No, but even if his performance WAS bad, Liverpool supporters wouldn't be booing him, because he doesn't play for Liverpool.///

It was a general question, I wasn't specifically talking about that player.
So Elvis, you think it was the majority of Liverpool supporters who were booing Evra yesterday? You were there were you? Or are you just making your assumptions up from newspaper reports (and we all know you can believe everything you read in the newspapers!).

Well I was there yesterday, in the Kop, and I can tell you that certainly around where I was sat it was not the majority of fans who were booing. Yes, there were some, but they were definitely in the minority.

But you know, one Liverpool supporter turns out to be a racist and then, to a man we're all racist. Just like if one is a burgler, we're all burglers. Or maybe one is a millionaire, does that make us all millionaires?
I suspect Elvis is a Man Utd supporter, spudqueen, and we have a case of sour grapes at losing. The Utd team played well (except their goalie on high balls) but it is all about the ball in the net. How the Pool missed that 3rd one,two minutes after the 2nd, who knows?
Dalglish has turned into a white supremist!
Elvis is a Manchester fan, not necessarily a Utd one.
And the white supremist has a coloured player in his 1st team squad....(wit Johnson). How could he?

What tosh, Messi....
I'm a Spurs fan actually DT, and spudqueen I watched it on tv and it was constant booing every time Evra touched the ball, not just a few fans either.

Your club has already shown it colours by wearing Suarez T shirts after his 8 game ban was handed out.
"Is it racist to boo a black player if his performance is bad?"

No, but even if his performance WAS bad, Liverpool supporters wouldn't be booing him, because he doesn't play for Liverpool.

Booing black players, white players, Muslim, Greek or Hawaiian players is not racism. However to constantly boo someone who is the alleged victim of racist abuse is less than impressive.

A bit like slapping someone because they've been burgled. sp1814

I concur wholeheartedly.

No - booing black football players, whether hey have committed a serious foul, messed up a free kick or have proven themselves incapable of donning a bib (looking at you Mr Balotelli) is not racist.
-- answer removed --
DT please don't refer to players as 'coloured'............you can get the sack for that.
elvis - the pot calling itself.......

remember this as to Spurs not too long ago
