James Murdoch says that this Sunday is the last edition of the News of the World. - Measured response to the crisis engulfing News International, or pulling up the drawbridge to protect the chosen ones, such as himself and Rebekah Brooks?

DrF: the Guardian. They have been pushing this story for a couple of years while everyone else (including the police) ignored it. It was their reporter Nick Daives wot dun it. Give the man a medal.
they wont buy the guardian he sold 1 copy today and that was to me, he does sell a ccpy to someone else on a saturday

if they are starting the sun on sunday they will probably get that he asked because he is asian and new to this work
I suppose the Mirror Sundays, then (S Mirror and People?). Sunday Express and Mail are a bit more upmarket.
Why are they protecting Rebekah brookes.. my guess is she has something on the Murdochs that would blow it even more wide open. As her position is untenable in the UK bet she gets a plumb job overseas in Murdochs empire either the US or Australia. BTW when Brookes was telling staff that the paper was closing she had to be flanked by 2 security guards in case things got nasty.

I reckon there is more sh*t to come in this.
You could imagine what would happen if Rebekah Brooks spilt the beans. Sleeping dogs together spread no fleas!
