I would suggest, that the reason she was airbrushed out of this photo is not her sexually suggestiveness, but the fact that her body language showed horror and repulsion for what she was watching.

State sponsorred assinations by Israel are usually greeted with jubilation and dancing in the streets. To show Hilary looking appalled does not fit in with the Israeli view of how such murders should be welcomed.

I personally wouldn't believe a single word that woman says. She has been proved to be a quite outrageous liar in the past (and mostly likely corrupt).

However, being dishonest and corrupt is no reason to edit the woman out of a photo.
