I'm finding these continual Google logo changes for often trivial anniversaries, naive, uninteresting, and worst of all, badly designed. Does anyone else feel this, or am I being churlish?

I think they are interesting - but I have no idea what today's is for, it looks like the Crystal Palace but if you click on it (which usually tells you) all you get is a magnified view.
yes, you are.
Yes, you are.
It's for the 160th anniversary of the first World's Fair.....so really not all that trivial.

Eddie, that was Friday's, there's a new one now!
That's not today's EDDIE.
I like them, I think it's nice they put the effort in and find them quite interesting.

I had posted that already, at 9.11,EDDIE....lol
Oh I like them.
I like them. The Crystal Palace is now located very near me.
I think it's really nice that they do, even for little trivial things. It can all be a bit dull sometimes and it helps brighten our day ....
i sometimes check the google com one too as different
the Crystal Palace exhibtion was one of the great events of the Victorian age, and of 19th-century Britain, marking the peak of the British Empire. It's not trivial. If they did one for my birthday, that would be trivial.
