You and I are in agreement on that one ummmm - let the police do their work and do not speculate about possible killers. They, the police, have details of where he, the bf ,was when he telephoned her and I understand he was some distance away from the woods.

The result of arresting and charging the Dutch guy with the Yeats case should be a salutory lesson to many an ABer around here. And he ain't guilty until proven, let's not forget that too.

Al don't think he will get much off the police other than a small compensation for damage etc. However, I too hope he has the lawyers going through all the media looking for possible libel infringements to cash in on - and this site is also open to such cases. There is blind ignorance around here that you can't be sued for making an unjust accusation/libel against someone.

The boys in blue come knocking on AB Eds door with a warrant and they are obliged to release the e-mail behind the account and bingo, you have flashing blue lights outside your abode in 30 minutes.

(actually it is a civil case so a little bit of hyperbole there!!!) but I am serious about ABers being open to a libel case.....though in practice they would prefer the Mail or the Mirror etc as they are likely to have deeper pockets

I do hope she turns up safe and well, She looks so pretty, I can't help worrying that she was out so late on her own, and her boyfriend didn't realise she wasn't at home until the morning.
A young woman form York has been missing now for over a year. Claudia Lawrence just disappeared on her way to work and there has been no sign of her at all. Her father is still in the news asking for help to find her.
