how much would it cost to hold an election for ONE seat on a local town council, and how much would it cost to hold the same election on the same day as the County Council and Euro elections?...a certain councillor on a nearby local council was co-opted on, and has become a real pain and gets on everybodys nerves. They won't quit, saying it would cost thousands to the local council to hold an election. Of course they are entitled to stay there for the duration, but if enough people made a noise and got rid of them, how much would it cost the small council?
