As I have said before onh this subject, I really dont care. The UK has its own problems at the moment that far outweigh anything the US could throw at us. And Biden seems a reasonable chap anyway. Well at least as far as politicians go.

Time will tell I guess.
A lot of late votes received in Penn were simply not included.
So not allowing them will make no difference :-)
A few thousand there were hled back to start with because they were ballots that had been sent out to folk to replace ones with errors. So they had to check that they weren't being counted twice.
No way on earth will a court rule those invalid, as you would be disenfranchising people who were only following the rules.
The only thing any court might do is advise on future rules.
Thank goodness, really the US does have a system where the Federal authorities cannot impose their will on individual states.
"No way on earth will a court rule those invalid, as you would be disenfranchising people who were only following the rules. "

And they don't amount to anywhere near the margin of victory anyway

That doesn't make sense.
There is voter fraud in just about every system. The thing to do here is investigate the allegations which I am sure is nothing more than the norm and put this to bed.

If it is ignored it will rumble on forever.
//On that judgment wot abt the Queen shaking hands with McGuinness?//

It was equally sickening. But the Queen shakes hands with whomsoever she is advised to by her lackies. I'm quite sure she didn't invite Mr McGuinness round for tea and cakes of her own volition. She did so as part of the appeasement (sorry, "Peace") process which resulted in terrorists being installed in local government.

However, we digress.
NJ, HM shook hands with McGuinness on numerous occasions. And, in almost every photograph of her doing so, her smile looks quite genuine. Just saying.

They were never counted in the first place.
So they cannot be removed from the result

^^Haha! Charmed to meet him no doubt. :o/
// Enormous discrepancies & obvious chicanery is [sic] coming to light, -in Pennsylvania for one, certainly - & huge team of lawyers are working on it. This I believe is why The Donald (for once) is keeping quiet. //

Not that quiet, he's been tweeting about it non-stop, has spoken about it live at a "press conference" where he took no questions, had his Press Secretary speak about it, his chief lawyer speak about it (at a garden centre for some reason), etc etc.

It's worth mentioning, of course, that there's no substance to his complaints whatsoever: no doubt there are small irregularities, but they are being picked up on, and a vote without a matching signature, or a person casting a vote who subsequently died, is so far away from a conspiracy.

Similarly, Jackdaw may well have heard such reports, but those reports are either straight-up wrong or deliberate twisting. There was a moment when several thousand votes were uploaded for Biden all at once at the same time as none were for Trump: this is called a data-entry error, and it was swiftly corrected (but not before it was noticed and turned into a criminal conspiracy).

In terms of the result in Pennsylvania, meanwhile, all the late-arriving (not late-cast) votes that Trump is complaining about were counted last, or are yet to be counted at all. Therefore, if they are deemed to be invalid for electoral purposes, the winner in Pennsylvania would remain the same.

Ichkeria, but had they been included there would have been a difference.
What is the source of the claim that 200,000 late postal votes were all for Biden?
// I have never known the TV companies give so much air time to what is essentially a one-liner.//

who can er judge

altho Biden hasnt got power - he is thinking of things to do in Jan. a.Control or take a hand in covid
b.economic rescue package
c, show some back bone in the pacific
d. solve africa hunger civil war in an afternoon
// Ichkeria, but had they been included there would have been a difference. //

Yes, Biden would have won by more.

Personally I'm looking forward to watching Trump lose all over again once all the recounts, checks, lawsuits and other delaying tactics have been exhausted.
// Ichkeria, but had they been included there would have been a difference.//
nope - triumph of hope over reason again
they dont change the result
and if they did - - there would be litigation

late votes of course you 14 y o - favour Biden because B said use the service and T said dont use the service. ergo

even a 12 y o can see that in some states the trumpers are shouting "count the votes" and in others - "dont count the votes"

and they both really cant be valid arguments at the same time

sozza to prattle - some of these points require a bitta thought

Tomus, //Yes, Biden would have won by more.//

Quite possibly - but that to his benefit, surely.
All the legal votes should be counted, and I'm sure they will be. If there are postal votes yet to be included or still being counted, it will only work in Biden's favour.
Apparently counting is still going on .Does anyone know what's happening in America at the moment?
“ Ichkeria, but had they been included there would have been a difference.”

You’re saying they had invalid votes been counted they’d have made a difference.
But they weren’t.
So it doesn’t.
We agree :-)
Ich, I'll put that down to euphoria.
