Which of these policies are the result of "rational" thinking:
Withdraw troops from Iraq and Afghanistan;
overthrow Gaddafi;
get rid of Mubarak;
assist Assad's opponents?
I could go on.
My rhetorical question has two answers:
All these policies are rational. None of them are.
Depending, of course, whether you're on the side of America, its constitution and its influence, or against all these things.

If there were any serious mental health issues relating to anyone in high office, whether that may include DT or not, I am sure that it would have clearly manifested itself during the long campaigning.
The fact is, DT, won and thus gave him a clean bill of health. In no time at all we have seen mass demonstrations, which tells us more about the people involved than DT, and the ruthless dissection of his actions and words which have become warped by a twisted mindset in an attempt to blatantly discredit him.
It all goes to demonstrate further that huge swathes of people believe in a process where one ought to be condemned without trial. Shame on them.

The other 24,205 articles said that it is. Yet DT wrote (in a 2012 tweet) that "The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive".
So who should we believe? Donald Trump or the 69,402 scientists who wrote those articles?
