No links in Outlook

Recently bought new computer, when using Outlook Express to read my e-mails I can't open any of the links anyone got any ideas please?

Windows is blocking access

Confirm that you emails are displayed as HTML.

Tools/Options/Mail Format Select HTML.

Then in your new mails Select Insert/Hyperlink Select Other and paste your link into the text box.
