Do you think they will be forgiven by the public, is there any way back, as the family are coming together for Prince Phillip’s funeral? And will William forgive Harry do you think?

I am not surprised the comments are different. Ask any siblings about a lost beloved grandfather and they will have different memories and say different things. Its not for us to say which we "prefer"
I think they were darn lucky to have any sort of relationship with their grandfather - I never knew mine!
^
Snap, Dave. Both mine were dead before i was born, as was one of my grandmothers.
Oh, and the grandmother who was alive (dad's mum) didn't like me much because i was someone else's child, 'dad' not being my biological father, though he was 'dad' from my being 6 month old until his death in 2007.
I thought William’s comments quite pointed.
17:18 If I have a preference, I will say so. I prefer William's.
I preferred William’s accolade too. I can’t see a problem with saying that.
Well i preferred Harrys, so thmmerr to both of you.
Indeed naomi.
ner, ner, ner, ner, ner Ken ....
See, it must be ok to prefer one to the other. Ken said so. ;o)
Just trying to point out the childishness in both your posts, Naomi. I'll wager neither Harry nor Wills thought it was a competition to see who could eulogise the best.
Oh dear !! Saying I prefer William's was NOT childish, it was just my opinion. I don't see a problem with that at all, but if you do, hey ho - not bothered.
You’re the only one who
has suggested they were in completion, Ken. I suggest if you’re looking for childishness you look to yourself.
Competition - not completion. Predictive text.
We are all aware of the low esteem you both hold Harry, so to declare your preference for William's eulogy is, imvho, childish in the extreme, serving only to strengthen your dislike of his recent actions.
Ken, to assume that everyone else is as disingenuous as you is a mistake. If I thought Harry’s words were more poignant I’d have said so.
"poignant" or "pointed", Naomi?
Both.
'We are all aware of the low esteem you both hold Harry" Me and many thousands of others I guess !
