Am I allowed to just ask for some cheering up?

A lot of people on here know why but I should have been walking today on my own but can't and am very down. I think six operations in four and a half years is enough and I am trying to be positive but just at this moment can't.

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,

that is sad. puts all my little problems into the very small perspective they should be in. i was unwell once and couldn't walk for three months and then badly for a bit longer. fortunately i can now walk although not very far and certainly not fast.
what really gets my temper up is those people who do not have a disabled sticker and are not visibly disabled and then park in disabled spot in supermarket carparks just because it is nearer the entrance.
