has anyone heard of a group called smaller and if so can you tell me who is in it

There certainly was a group called Smaller a few years back, not sure if they're still on the go.  They were connected with Oasis, may have been mates of theirs or even worked for them.  There was an album "Badly, Badly" back in the late Nineties.
