Ive heard the song but not the advert so heres my interpretion of how the riff is played.

C, G (Minor) and B(Flat) Chords played repeatedly left hand piano or guitar.

Basic riff C, E (Flat) F, G, C, B(Flat), B(Flat), B(Flat), B(Flat)

On the third B(flat) these notes are also played G,F,E(Flat) but its very fiddly and sounds OK without them.

The song goes up two keys (at 0:50) so the chords become C, A(Minor) and D.
