Im looking for some good jazz/ soul type music with like gravelly voices any suggestions

Try some Bobby Bland or Al Wilson. Maybe some Ray charles.

How about Mr Gravel voice himself , good old Louie Armstrong & co singer Ella Fitzgerald.
