A long shot I know, but does anyone know what the last record to be played at The torch Nightclub in Stoke?

Have a look at a site called Soulsource, Troot.
There's loads of Northern soulies who know last songs played at all the venues (wigan, cleethorpes etc). Some even have live recordings (!).

I know the Wigan Casino had the legendary 'three before eight' to end their all-nighters - Time Will Pass You By" by Tobi Legend, "Long After Tonight Is Over" by Jimmy Radcliffe, and "I'm On My Way" by Dean Parrish.

Not sure about The Torch, but we Stoke music fans are suitably proud of its legend.
