Trying to remember a 90's Dance Tune

Was out last night and heard it - but just cant remember who it was by.

I'm pretty sure it was mid to late 90's and is definalty a club anthem of that time. Was in a shady nightclub in Manchester last night ( Cellar Vie if anyone knows it ) and they played it in there

Ok - I have done a google search on the lryics and can find nothing, but I'm sure you guys will know it

It sort of starts with a male vocal shouting ' Brothers & Sisters - I wanna, I wanna see you - Bothers & Sisters....' Then the female vocal is something like ' I'll always be there baby, you are the one for me, take my hand and together we'll be free ' and ' you're the best thing I ever had....' with some classic 90's piano playing

Any ideas?
