Telstar compilation 'Burning Hearts'

I'm trying to find out in what year the Telstar compilation CD 'Burning Hearts' was released. It was an 18 track CD with Survivor/REO Speedwagon/Mike & the Mechanics/Roxette among others.
I've seen a track listing for this CD on answerbank from another person's question.

I believe that Telstar released that album (code STAR 2492) 26th October 1991
