Just watched '50 Greatest Comedy Films' on Ch4.
They had this backing music on the intro in and out of the ad-breaks.
Sounded quite catchy Hawaiin guitar type music with the only voice lyric being the ocassional 'Ha'.
Any ideas on the title and artist?

Hi,

My only possible answer is to have a look for the '50 First Dates' soundtrack or watch the film. Theres a guy on the film that sings Somewhere Over the Rainbow with an acoustic guitar, his name is Israel Kamakawiwo Ole. Hope this helps

Thanks for reply Keele.

I tried all the music of the artist you suggested and it's not him. I also tried all the Hawaiin music on Limewire and no luck there either.
I sent an e-mail to CH4 and they say will reply within 3 weeks.
I think it's a modernish track as I've heard it several times over tha last year as backing to several TV programmes like antiques shows and anything slightly comedy/zany.
They never reference the music in the credits and it's hard to source as it has virtually no lyrics.
