Afro caribean action man

I had one but nobody else i speak to remembers it, was he an official action man figure i dont know, i cant seem to find anything about him, he still lives in a tea chest in my mums loft apparently. I alway used to think he looked like the guy out of boney m. Does anyone else remember him or even have one.
