Blur 'Crazy Beat' video

Does anyone remember a short film made to Blur's 'Crazy Beat' as part of a performance dance programme on bbc2 or channel 4? I'm sure Blur were in it in the background while a group of ballet dancers performed a piece choreographed to a different song, but of the same tempo. ie, a crazy beat! They were dancing in time but it just didn't fit the Blur track, and it looked absolutely wonderful. Any ideas who it's by and where I could find it?
