Depends on setters exact wording or thinking. Does it include covers. Does he mean top 10 or 20 or 50 as there can be weekly fluctuations so asing can go in and out and back in to top10 while staying in top 20. This setter has form on these?

Entered top 40 late July 1960 at 36.

then dropped out

Reentered top 40 mid August 1960 on its way to number 1 in late October

reentered top 30 in Jan 1961 up from no33

So depend's where setter draws the line.
