HI Bob. Went to see the Stone Roses at Heaton Park and The Etihaad. Heaton Park was something else. Had a good night at the Academy in Liverpool as well with Big Audio Dynamaite on. Mick Jones was brilliant.

Never saw The Clash, saw The Jam a couple of times, they were good. Blondie brilliant. And The Stranglers and Buzzcocks (Pete Shelley RIP).

Saw The Stranglers at Bangor Uni in the 70s, I was the oldest there even then haha. My then "girl friend" is still having a nervous breakdown over it.
Love this woman. One of the few that I can listen to of late. Never liked Madonna and that Pullin Er Face woman leaves me cold. You know the one ... mutton dressed as beef.

Still remember this performance at Glastonbury. I had literally come back from the dead and was having a summer Sunday that was not supposed to be. John Lydon and Lu Edmunds were terrific. Edmunds played with the Damned and the Mekons prior and is very accomplished.
