I want to buy a spotify gift card but I cannot find russian gift cards so the only option I see is to change region, but how can one do that without travelling to a specific country? if I buy for example a gift card for Poland, how can you make spotify think that the chosen person is in Poland (meanwhile he is in Russia) so he can use the card?

You can't do it. The only way that it could be done would be for the gift recipient to use a VPN, with a server in Poland, to trick Spotify's own server into thinking that he's also in Poland.

PS: As well as the recipient needing to use a Polish-based VPN server to redeem the card, you'd similarly need to use a VPN to purchase it.
It would actually make more sense to purchase a Spotify gift card for the UK (or for your own country if you're elsewhere) and then for the person in Russia to use a VPN to set up a Spotify account where you are.
It would probably make much more sense though to abandon the idea altogether! (Sorry!).

I can't see how it can be done at all. There's no reference to buying gift cards for Russia online, even if you could convince Spotify's servers that you've got a Russian IP address. Gift cards are only available in physical stores in Russia.

If I was you, I'd give up on sending a music gift card and order a physical gift to be delivered to the recipient from either Ozon
