In the movie DEFENCE OF THE REALM, Gabriel Byrne plays a recording of Pachelbel's Canon.

Can anyone tell me what version or arrangement this is or how I might find out? Where can I get a copy?

Anything other than Real Player or Windows Media Player!!

In the film it sounds like the 'standard' Canon and Gigue in D but played at the wrong speed.

Nick is made aware of unwelcome visitors to the flat by his noticing that the record player has been tampered with. Maybe this is the reason that the tune plays faster than normal.
