yes indeed wolf, reminds me of when Mrs Merton asked debbie McGee - "what first attracted you to multi millionaire Paul Daniels" - Sadly there are a lot of women that are gold diggers first and foremost.
Wolf has it nailed.

I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but in this case I reckon she's got her eyes on his bank balance.
Money, fame, lifestyle - or maybe she just likes him.

Debbie McGee apparently told Mrs Merton that Paul wasn't a millionaire when she met him.
Not everyone is interested in money.

I reckon he's probably a very interesting man and heaven forbid they might just be friends!! Who decides what is a 'romantic' date?
Power is also an attraction.

Look at people like Berlusconi, Trump and just about every successful business leader. They tend to have very attractive wives/girlfriends who are always much younger than they are.

Jagger is a very successful man, and I think on some level it must feel empowering to ‘snare’ someone who themselves are very powerful.

...and money.
Some very low opinion of women being shown again.
Is it not possible that she likes him just for him?
I'd also like to know why Jagger is so repulsed by women his own age?
to be utterly honest, I think the media need to take a look at themselves for the way they report a story.
Who said he was repulsed?
Why else would he chase girls barely out of high school? He's got children twice the age of his new "girlfriend."
She may be looking for tips on how to stay slim, fit and active in later years.
Personally, I don't know what (older) men see in much younger women.
I suppose we're all different.
He's got a big ego.....
She doesn't strike me as a hard up gold digger from the little I've read.

He's an intelligent guy and she doesn't seem to be too dim either.

As to what the attraction is for either of them is their business and nothing to do with me.
Maybe there aren't that many single 60/70 year old that move in his circle.
The media routinely titters over the love lives of rich people - and has done since the day pop stars existed.

For years they always referred to 'wrinkly rocker' Bill Wyman - I've met Bill Wyman and he has skin like a baby - no wrinkles beyond the norm for a man of his age.

As for Sir Mick - he has legendary charm, and as advised, is doubtless a fascinating man to be with, so why can't that be enough for any woman to be attracted to him?

Why people must always sneer about his bank balance as his main interest point is beyond me, I find it shallow and offensive to register such derogatory views on a compete stranger.
Perhaps he has got something that you have not got, AOG.
Gulliver - // Perhaps he has got something that you have not got, AOG. //

I think he's got something only Paul McCartney has got - the ability to be in on the ground floor when world culture was being changed forever, and to play a significant part in it, and then remain a cultural icon from then until now.
AOG has got more fans.
