I quite enjoy Gregorian Chants. I want to find more of the nun's song chant @ 1:14 in this video. Does anyone know what this type of song is actually called?

Hi Beswad, I'm not sure exactly what you would call it but there is quite a lot of you tube videos for Benedictine Nun Chants (also called Gregorian chants) and a group of nuns from Avignon, France in particular whom have signed a record deal and have music out there if you wanted to buy/ download if you search in videos for 'Nuns if Avignon - Sequence Dies Irae' thats quite a nice vid, enjoy :o)
Unable to help regarding the nun's chant beswad but Ennio Morricone is a favourite of mine. All his music is lovely. His open air concert in Vienna a few years ago was great.

Thanks Peaspeculiars. That's similar to what I'm after. Will take your references on board and go from there.
