Help me identify a song by it video

Its been bugging me for years, it was a song that was on kiss music channel around 2000-2001, it was garage I think, It was a really catchy beat, the video was set in a dull setting in a house or flat, there was someone playing decks I believe. It seemed to be a drug house or something with men in there 20's around. There was a young girl dressed brightly and had lots of make up on and high heels, jumping around on the sofa or bed to the music... it was a great tune and Id love to hear it again! hope someone can help me

I remember a video from kiss back around then that had 2 schoolgirls in that were jumping around on their bed to the music. I think there was also a younger brother that was watching them as the door was ajar. LOL, cant remember what it was though. They were putting on lipstick etc. It seemed liked they'd just got back from school.

sorry, i do recall getting into this question with someone on here years ago - possibly 2005-2006. Drew a blank then. I will have another look as I dont think youtube was around then!

Yeah thats my sister!!! Didnt realise she had posted! It is drinving us both mad!! I have even emailed kiss tv channel... Cant think of the name or artist..someone must remember???
