Carly Simon Live from Martha's Vineyard?

Hi Could anybody help me? I'm trying to find Carly Simon Live from Marthy's Vineyard 87" on DVD. I have it on VHS but would like a better quality version. I have checked on Ebay,Amazon US/UK and the cheapest used version is �100 +P&P. Does anyone know where I can get hold of it for a cheaper price? I guess it was so expensive because it wasn't released in Europe plus it's a classic. Hope you can help

Hiya , like you, I've been looking for this for some months now.
I have it on odere with dvd4music since 29 August and still awaiting news.
Again, if anyone finds it available at a reasonable price, I'd be interested myself.
