Yes. I saw The Clash and Fleetwood Mac in the same week.

Contrary to expectations, The Clash seemed a little bit samey and contrived, and Fleetwood Mac absolutely stormed it!

Yep, about a year before he died at the Brixton Academy - it was a great gig apart from the moment where I passed out (too much cider, not enough food and a great big puffer jacket that I'd just bought). I only missed a little bit of it.
