Mercedes-Benz Unveils New Coupe

Car insurance customers who are considering treating themselves to a new vehicle in the coming months may be interested to hear that Mercedes-Benz unveiled a concept coupe at the Paris Motor Show.

According to the manufacturer, the ConceptFASCINATION is a sporty and elegant model which offers stylish practicality. The luggage compartment incorporates wood, aluminium and smoked glass and includes a refrigerated compartment and a humidor, in addition to extensive storage space.

Gone are the round headlamps we've become accustomed to. In their place are new "rhomboid" lamps that, on the show car at least, incorporate fibre-optic driving lights. The grille will likely be the same one seen on the new E Coupe, while we'd expect the sedan to have the traditional grille-and-hood-ornament combo instead.

Commenting on the new vehicle a spokesman from Daimler AG said: "This design study continues the long tradition of exciting coupes from Mercedes-Benz in impressive style."

The model's "dynamic looks" and "meticulously crafted detail" ensure the car complies with the most rigorous of design standards, he added.
