I have recently signed all the paperwork etc agreeing to receive delivery of a new car, (previously ordered by garage so much less waiting time), on the day of the expected delivery date I was told the car had been sold to someone else and I would have to wait the full waiting time (march!) - is this breach of contract?
Thanks

There's usually lots of small print on the back of these forms spelling out the terms etc. But I've always considered it to be a contract.
sorry to hear you had this problem - i don't know the answer, but my garage had better keep to their word as i collect mine FRIDAY. hopefully
The AB site probably would not let me type the response I'd feel like if ti was me!!
