Audi A4 Headlamp adjustment
Does anyone know how to adjust the direction of the headlight beams for continental driving in an 02 Audi A4? The old black tape on the lens method can't be used thanks to the design of the headlight glass.

Black tape might not work but proper beam deflectors should do:

However there seem to be quite a few posts, on various forums, which suggest that you can find a lever within the headlamp unit. e.g:
