Portugal - extension of A13 motorway near Santarém

Hi there, does anyone know if the extension of the A13 motorway that will connect Almeirim with Salvaterra de Magos is open yet? It will completely bypass Santarém in central Portugal and will hopefully provide a cheaper toll route when we drive down to the Algarve from UK. Thanks.
