fiat punto 1996 temp gauge not working . replaced temp transmitter 3 times and earth out the wire and the gauge works , also have good water flow ......... help please

Hi, is there a live fed coming through the wire to the Sender? If so, Is it a new sender? If so, is your gauge OK?
