I recently advised contact the makers regards broken rear Suspension springs, After a couple of months of waiting & just returned from Hols I received a cheque for both rear springs of my wifes car, the moral of this subject depending on the age of your car (Ours was 02) If you are prepaired to fight your corner you can get a refund, in my case it was a Gesture Of Goodwill. I thought this might be of Interest to all.
