Points from a Foreing Locence to my new UK Licence

I get 3 points using my foreing licence one year ago. They told me I will need to go to court but never happend and never receive any other information.
Now I have another 3 points and I have a UK licence.

Are those 3 points I get before being transfer to my new licence and therefore I will have 6 points?
