Nissan radio removal

I've just bought a radio/CD player to fit into a Nissan Terrano II SE, but I'm not sure how to remove the factory-fitted Nissan radio. Any help gratefully received. Thanks in advance!

Thanks Chris - looks too easy to be true! The centre console on the SE is of a different design, but they might have stayed with the pop-in-and-out system. Fingers crossed.......
