My in car CD Player has started to refuse to play my CD's!? Some of them are brand new!!!!???

Does anyone have any ideas how to sort this problem out without having to buy a new one?

Yes,
Try using a cd lens cleaning disc first. It may need doing regularly depending how dusty the inside of your car is. Top two items in this list should do the job, or something similar.

I've found that normally CD lens cleaning systems have audio tracks you have to listen to first and then skip to a track number to enable the brushes to work.

I've had this with my DVD play that didn't read CD's and it didn;t want to read the cleaning CD either.
i know its random, but in my old car, it wouldnt play cd's unless they were warm.....sounds silly, but i mean if you leave them in your cart overnight and try and play them in teh morning, they are cold, and slightly dewey....

im no scientist, but i always found they worker after liek tem mins....

could be cobblers too....your choice
Found more than once that CDs bought in supermarket multiples didn’t do the business......
