Renault clio starting help !

Ok cars drives sweet ! however on the first start in the morning it takes 2 times for the glow plugs to start !! ?? why is this ? this is the first time i had a diesel so im new to this.
After the engine is warm it runs sweet ! kinda weired

alot of diesel cars will struggle to start first time in this weather. glow plugs warm the air goin into the engine before it starts, making it easier for the engine to start. however they are only on for for a few seconds and in the cold weather might not be warming the air enough. new glow plugs would be more efficient but starting on the second time isnt to bad.
there is probably 1 heater plug down they need taking out and testing

you would be better off buying new set of glw plugs thy cost around 40 pounds and will last you for a very long time car will thn start first go and as once plugs start packing up thy can go dwn quite quickly.
