Transit remote reprogramming

Hey, couldn't seem to find an answer to this using the search, sorry if its already been anwered, but can i get a re-answer :-)

id like to know how to reprogramme a transit key fob, the three button version (2 black 1 blue) please.

there was nothing in the manual, and i couldnt be bothered wasting time on google as i know there are extremely knowledgable people here.

go here, www.fordtransit.org and search the forum. it is possible though a little long winded to explain.

insert the key in to the ignition lock and turn from position 0 to position 1 ten times till you hear a chime then press the unlock button or the blue button the centre door locking will work then turn the key to pos 3 then remove..
