Another Radio Code needed!!

Recently bought a '98 mondeo on an S plate.
Radio didn't do anything so replaced fuse and went on hunt for code but it's not been written in the book. Nuts. Did bit of online hunting and was given 5555 to try but that didn't work (twice). It's a 5000 RDS, SN M281399. Anyone else got a better number?? Thanks.
