Lower arms and track rod ends, is anyone able to tell me roughly what the cost should be, I don't want to be ripped off getting quotes, being a woman and not having a clue what's involved.

Between £260-£300 for parts and 2 hours labour to do both nearside and offside..so around £400- £440.. plus vat. If you use a Nissan dealer you can put 50% on this price.
